Report a damaged shipment

Sorry your order arrived damaged. Enter your email or phone number along with your order number and we'll help you file a freight claim with the carrier.

Before you start
Do not discard the box or packaging materials. UPS may require an inspection before the claim is paid out.
Damaged shipment policy
Report within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking. Claims filed after that window may be denied by the carrier.

Keep all packaging

Do not discard the box, pallet, foam, or any original packaging until your claim is resolved. UPS frequently requires a physical inspection before paying out a freight claim, and discarded packaging usually means the claim gets denied.

Photo requirements

You'll need clear photos of:

  • The damaged part itself
  • The outside of the shipping box or pallet
  • The inside of the packaging with the part still in place, if possible
  • The shipping label
We file the carrier claim

Once you submit this form, our team files the freight claim with UPS on your behalf. You don't need to contact UPS directly — we handle the back-and-forth.

Resolution

If a replacement is in stock, we'll ship one as soon as the claim is approved. If the part is on backorder or no longer available, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. We don't charge a restocking fee on shipping damage claims.

Installed parts

Parts that have been installed on the truck are not eligible under this policy, even if damage is discovered after installation. Those are handled under the manufacturer's warranty — contact us through the support home page if you think you have a warranty issue.
