How do returns work?

Unopened parts can be returned with a 20% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping. We can provide a label if you send the package weight and dimensions. Opened parts can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped. Every return needs an RGA from us before you ship it back.

What is a core charge?

A refundable deposit on parts like injectors, turbos, fuel pumps, starters and alternators. Send your old part back and the charge is refunded. Start from your order above, or go straight to core returns.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship the same day for orders placed before noon Central, Monday to Friday. Same-day shipping isn't guaranteed. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

What about warranty?

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you find the right manufacturer contact.

How do I reach a person?
